I strongly recommend Snowbreak: Containment Zone if you're on PC. The budget and amount content in that game is wild. It has iOS and Android crossplay, but it's a 3rd person shooter and those don't translate well to mobile. Gacha games have innovated the industry for the better and for the worse. They are limited by design to never have a good story since they need to constantly push the FOTM character on the banner and to accommodate a character roster that keeps expanding. Their gameplay also suffers from the monetization model since unless you drop an outrageous amount of money you will never be able to have access to all the characters limiting your ability to push the game to its limits, not to mention most of them having a character dupe system that trivializes the game. There are games like GBF Relink and RF Guardians of Azuma that have taken the good aspects of recent successful gachas without the constraints of the monetization model by being a fully priced game instead.

It's a pretty good training room simulator now that they make more characters that can work with the systems given instead of shit like grace, but the game is still pretty much just beating up glorified punching bags, or throwing rocks at a tank unless you have a 6x S rank and grind for the perfect disc stats.
Besides that the 50/50 makes it annoying to decide who to grab and pretty much ensures you won't have a good set of weapons as an occasional dipper and I have been bored out of my mind with the china story. I really wish it was just a regular game.
