Every game should be you meeting all 4(6) vaulthunters from the previous game throughout the story like bl2. It's not 3/10 or anything but it's not better than 2.The open world adds nothing and makes the game extremely samey. None of the enemies are all that fun to fight against.The UI is legitimately atrocious and is such a mind boggling step back from 2 and 3. While they did make farming less painful by no longer having to quit to menu and reload a save, they made the droprates nearly as bad as launch BL2 as an overcorrection from 3 handing out oranges like candy. The last time I played this game I was farming a watts 4 dinner shield with specific amp parts, a cornerstone of nearly every vex build, and after 3 hours of farming, not only didn't get a shield with amp parts, but I didn't get a single shield period. When playing a new vault hunter or even NG+, the map is blank again.There's a bunch of other small stuff too, like the grapple boost sending you in a set direction no matter where you activate it so if that direction is east and you want to go west, the distance you can go gets handicapped since you have to turn around in the air which eats up a lot of time. I stopped playing and decided I'm not playing it again until they patch some things.
