How do I unlock everything while retaining the will to live? And what are the unlocks that require clearing all 8 episodes with a few characters?

>>728503402All the characters are unlocked by playing through the game on any difficulty. Just stick it on true heaven and mash buttons if you really have to. Trophies are unlocked with coins you get for beating chapters, again on any difficulty. The things you unlocked by playing through all chapters with X character are just stickers.
