Rewriting UTY:Ceroba is the dead one, but Chujin and Kanako are alive. Chujin works as the primary antagonist of the game posing direct opposition to humans seeing them as menaces to monsterkind. Ceroba had the boss monster gene and offered herself for experimentation and she fell down, which is Chujin's biggest regret. He wants to get Clover's soul, simply as that.Martlet plays the same role as she does normally but has more agency and grows fond of Clover to directly antagonize Chujin and protect Clover.Starlo sort of does the same thing, but he has an extra layer of selfishness because he's motivated by spite against Chujin for what happened to Ceroba.Kanako is the new wildcard which would change from opposing her dad in a pacifist game, to being one of the bosses you have to fight in a neutral or genocide, functionally being similar to her mother.Dalv can reapper sometime in the middle of the game and put his backstory with the blue soul human into spotlight to enhance the nuance of the other humans who came into the underground and died even if they were flawed beings, whether they deserved to die or not.The point of the story this way is to strenghten the themes of justice towards the monster's perspective, if to what extent their actions against humans are justified and up to which point they're just hurting themselves.
