If it were straightened it'd be longer than the ring finger. But also the line work feels intentional. Because the shading they used for the hand really makes it look like they wanted the Megalia cult symbol to be evoked with the dark shading in the middle to better have the shape visible with the light color. Another proof of this is the ring finger not being bent in as well, it's in line with the middle finger which if you move your pinky in while trying to keep the rest of your fingers straight, you'll see the ring finger bend in with it. It could also be that the artist is a fucking retard or newbie and can't draw for shit but why would you hire someone like that for a high profile job?
