I have this issue in cutscenes, where if there are 2 or more characters on the screen, whether it be me and an npc, or multiple npcs or whatever, my fps drops like like 3. It doesn't happen at literally any other aspect of the game or in any other games I play, only xiv. Does anyone know the issue?
