Was using Bazzite but a Lutris game kept crashing for whatever reason, moved to Nobara and it was still happening but less frequently and found out it was because I only had 16GB RAM. Got me a couple more sticks for 32GB and it was smooth sailing since, except that afterwards I got me a whole new computer so in the end it didn't even matter.

Installed Nobara on the new rig and everything's fine except the one new game I was looking forward to and it crashes anytime between a couple of minutes to a couple of hours. Spent 50 hours playing through the crashes because I couldn't be arsed to do anything about it, fun game. Gold status btw.

How do you wincucks cope with the fact that Windows gets worse with every update? If you have any self-respect you're obviously going to swap at some point, so what are you waiting for? When Win12 arrives in a few years time will you be clinging on to your Win11 LTSC liferaft and yelling about how you'll never touch le troonix?

from what I remember swap was there but it got full over time and then it crashed, it wasn't made very clear with bazzite since it froze the whole system when it happened but on nobara it actually killed the process (lutris) and booted me out while also telling me what happened. during installation I just went with the dumb retard option of leaving everything at default.
