Main reason I don't play my PS5 often is because its QoL features aren't that intuitive until you force yourself to use them. I'm referring to stuff like the switcher, remote play and the home screen widgets. These are all great things but you have to go out of your way to use them. Another issue is that PS Plus shotguns you with so many games per month that the good gets lumped in with the bad, unlike other subscription services which try to achieve a baseline. Above all else though, PS5 feels more like a media center you can game on than a real console, given how there's still a dedicated media tab.
