Some of those are mobas which are definitely on the twitchier end of the spectrum and it's very rare for me to not be the top player in every game of dota or league that I play. All my life I've heard about declining reflexes as you age and I've been expecting it to hit me since my mid-twenties and I'm still waiting.

I'm beginning to think that, like most things, it's based on the average normal person who makes no effort. These people have their bodies fall apart and their reflexes go to shit. For the tiny minority who actually take care of themselves as they age, age really is just a number.
