Necrons and Deldar were really important in Rogue Trader so reusing them again in Dark Heresy would be too repetitive. Tyrant Star doesn't really fit the vibe of Nids imo. It might be just Chaos then, who were ultimately not relevant in RT and just served the role of a red herring, introductory villain like Orks in RT.
