I want a console for Christmas. Is it worth picking up a Switch 2 without a new Zelda/Mario game, or should I get a Switch 1 for cheap?

not really much reason to grab a switch 1, it's just a waste if you'll want a switch 2 in the future anyway and the switch 2 prices might raise next year due to ram.
