What's too explain? the capcom side is mostly just SF2 with a couple of weird and random additions like Kyosuke or Rolento or Eagle. The SNK side is better but is still kinda bland and has a complete waste with Todo, missing characters like Blue Mary or Billy or Ralph, or Todo's daughter. Mostly it's just really fucking boring, especially the capcom side which is extremely unimaginative and the few unique picks are very shitty.
