The amount of AI slop on Playstation now that only exists for the purpose of easy, cheap platinum trophies is depressing. And because the system isn't weighted at all, the platinum you get in a five minute piece of shit shovelware is somehow meant to be analogous to the platinum you get after 200 hours of grinding a AAA game. It's this devaluation that makes the hobby useless. No matter how good you are at games, your skill won't be represented. Because someone can just stack regional trophies for the easy plats and overtake you pretty much instantly.
Reminder that Concord players repeatedly jumped off cliffs in order to grind XP for the platinum before Sony killed its servers.

I only Platinum a game if it's worth it. If I really enjoy it and feel like the trophies are just encouraging me to play the game and see the sights, I'll do it. If it's a case of needing to grind for a hundred hours, if each difficulty has its own achievement setting, etc., hell no.

I want Cheats and Secrets like big head mode and infinite ammo. Suddenly all at once everyone decided to stop putting cheats in their console games and just left it to console commands and modders and I absolutely hate that so much.
