Have you ever used video games to help you learn a new language?
>>728916143Spanish speaker here, I learnt English by playing Pokemon Red / Blue when I was a small kid.I'm now learning Japanese by playing a shit ton of games, some unreleased in the west, some VNs, some I'm replaying in JP; made huge leaps in these last 2 years alone because of it.Also been playing a bit of Korean games so I'm starting to pick up some KR words too (still can't read it though, but can understand some of it when listening).

I learned a few russian words from playing COD4. Words like "grenada". But nothing like a full language.
