How do you use the ladders in this mod? I immediately fucked up like 3 minutes into playing by driving into a canal. Since the original expected you to die in water it can be miles of swimming before I find a ledge to climb up, but I'm seeing these rusty ladders everywhere that seem suspicious like the mod creators placed them there.
