I hate how the Gran-blue Series of games is incredibly visually appealing while also having an amazing soundtrack and yet the Story and Lore is the most generic shit ever borderline just a ripoff of the FF series especially the FF MMOs.

The generic-ism is what I like about it. Very classic RPG feel that makes everything comfy and works with the visuals

It's because they only adapted the starting chapters of the story, which is meant to be generic. I wish they'd do a proper sequel when shit starts to get better.
