I played this like 2 years ago and I enjoyed it. Should I start demon gaze or is there a game closer to this one?
The story was a bit sparse, but enjoyable. And yes the atmosphere/aesthetic/etc is a real strength.That said, I stopped playing when I reached postgame - did I miss out on much, or is it just for people who love grinding?

The combination of the boost that make skills free recharging in one turn with every class being insanely generic just resulted in every encounter being so boring and repetitive

i made it to the final dungeon took a break due to being burnt out and never got back to it.was enjoyable till thenlabyrinth of zangetsu was really fun but the artstyle turns people off
