They're both good in their own rights. It goes without saying that both of these RPG offer the BEST turnbase style in any JRPG out there. E33 is more of a shock value if you didn't spoil yourself and has a weaker end. VV also has a weaker end but allows room to grow with having an army demon to let you customize your party. Both games are great and you should play both imo. E33 has a way better story, characters, and the gameplay itself is a bit more engaging, however i found the exploration and atmosphere of SMT V to be better. Honestly though both games are easily 9/10

I played V back on launch and was on the Switch and was lukewarm on it, and am just now playing Vengeance on my PCThey fixed quite a few issues I had with it and it actually running well is a massive improvement to the atmosphere. I'm enjoying it a lot, though it feels quite a bit easier than I remember
