>>728964131After playing this for the first time in months I can assure you DLC won't do shit outside of maybe a week or two. The game is just fundamentally flawed and feels like shit. The parkour shit takes away from the actual karting experience while being mandatory on a decent amount of 3 laps. Also bagging is still fucking insane in this game holy shit. You end up with a game where over half the racers are spamming mushrooms and all the other good shit and you just wonder why you are playing the game. This game gets mogged by both Crossworlds and 8DX and simple patches can't fix it. Of course this is coming from a rusty ass player, but I feel like I speak for any non-autist that barely plays or has moved on from the game. Worth noting MKW is the ONLY S2 game I own, I bought it early specifically for this game and I just fucking hate it now.Also this is just how tendies on /v/ are. Play game for a week or two and then never again. When was the last time you saw an active Mario Party Jamboree thread let alone a thread to begin with? One of the best Mario Parties made and it died in like 2 weeks here. I don't like being unfair so maybe I will attempt to join 1 more day next week but I don't think my thought process will change much. ggs though gamers

>>728965958I'm hopeful that the silence just means they'll announce something big, this game is too much of a cash cow for them to ignore, especially after selling it in bundles. 8 also got a lot of patches and DX helped buff it up, so for better and for worse they could just see this as a foundation. I do agree with you though, what we have now isn't enough to hold people over for this long. They better announce something soon.
