SE has extra missions and classes that the PS2 version doesn't, but they're not that great, but Bully on PS2 is incredibly short so they're worth it ultimately.

The same thing queers saw in games like Persona. They get to live out a life they didn't personally live IRL. They weren't the main character or the cool trouble maker or mysterious guy nobody knows anything about. They were just the fat white loser that got shoved in the lockers...games like this let them live out that fantasy that of the cool kid.
