Primordia had a great atmosphere, art, writing, and puzzles. You could do puzzles wrong in this game and just have to live with fucking up by acting without thinking. Didn't finish it but I liked what I played (10 hours). Are there any more games like that, or is it unique in its presentation?

>>728957880Most point n click games have shit logic for puzzles but tbf in this case it made sense but most of us missed it anyway. A chick recommended this game for me and she told me the answer when I was stuck. >Are there any more games like thatBy mood I think Zeno Clash is kinda similar.
The artist for the game made another game with similar artstyle. Blockhead. There's also strangeland.
>>728957880>didn't finish itThis game has several ending. Do it faggot. Also just click on the publisher. Also daedalic had a lot of excellent output before suiciding with gollum.
>>728957880I loved Primordia and you might get a kick out of Planescape: Torment. They deal with a lot of the same themes and other similarities (for god's sake, both have an amnesiac protag that did something bad in the past and have a floating head-sized companion that dispenses snark). Dont be put off by the RPG aspect, just follow a guide and enjoy the narrative. Or dont, I'm just a shitposter not a cop.
You can play any Wadjet Eye game and leave fulfilled with the puzzles and stories they tell.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLSkrcc18QY
>>728957880I like how Primordia actually looks and feels like a game made in the 90s, instead of like a game "inspired" by the games made in the 90s.Not sure if this is what you mean by "similar games", but Unavowed was great too:https://store.steampowered.com/app/336140/Unavowed/Generally, people seem to love Wadjet Eye's games, but I've only played this and Gemini Rue.Actually, since there's a sale, any Wadjet fan here? Which game would you recommend next?>>728960138Actually, Torment is more of a point'n'click than a typic cRPG. And it's amazing.
>>728960002Daedalic was already on a downward spiral before Gollum. The last game of theirs I played, I think it might have been The Whispered World 2, did this really obnoxious thing where it would just show you exactly the item you needed for every inventory puzzle.
>>728962247>The Whispered World 2Ah, Silence, it was called. Forgot about it completely. It felt like a game that was a point'n'click, but wanted to be a Telltale-like adventure game instead. I liked it anyway, but yes, it was oversimplified.
