>>728975143modern writers are not capable of framing goodness and self-sacrifice in a dignified way, because they disconnected themselves from the cultural heritage that would teach them such things. they think moral = nice, which is a pathetic and infantile conception of morality. one naturally recoils when presented with such flimsy ideas. in their ignorance they carved out many admirable qualities from the side of good, like self-confidence and masculinity, and gave them to the side of evil, so of course many people will recognize those qualities and feel confused as to why they feel so compelled by the "evil doers".
>>728976248You are here so I wouldn’t call that an accomplishment.
>>728975525Lmao get fucked

>>728975143>I made myself suffer and I'm going to make it everyone else's problem
The difference between good and evil right there. It isn't that evil comes from suffering. It's how you respond to your suffering. Evil people use their suffering as an excuse for their bad behavior. Good people will try to protect others from experiencing the suffering they had to go through.
>>728977491>I made myself suffer and I'm going to make it everyone else's problemBased
>>728975691this is /v/ not /vm/
>>728977594>protect others from experiencing the suffering they had to go through.Absolutely cucked behaviour.
>>728977886Most third-world post in this thread
I suffered on purpose because it makes me stronger.

>>728976862>>728975579My pain surpasses both of yours!
>>728983446Literally the opposite though. >Other people suffered for me so I don't have to
>>728977594Agreed but it's not as simple as that in reality. Despite however strongly some may like to pretend otherwise, human beings have a limit to how much suffering they can endure and there are thresholds which when crossed can change a person in a deep and long lasting way, if not permanently. That piece of shit person who is completely unbothered and unconcerned with the wellbeing of others, always puts himself first and doesn't have any qualms about hurting others for his benefit may be held responsible for the harm he inflicts on others, as he should, but he isn't like that entirely by choice. Enduring suffering that takes a toll on a person and which goes uncorrected/unaddressed by those around the individual and the society they're a part of, will inevitably breed resentment and lead to giving up concepts of morality and empathy within the individual's mind. Suffering is connected to those two concepts and when it's bad enough, the person may shed those concepts to survive. You can't forcefully make a person continue caring about others when they've undergone experiences where the expected care never reached them in their time of need.
>>728977594Why? Suffering is fun. I wouldn't want to rob people of their suffering. In fact, I should increase their suffering.
>There has been perpetual suffering for the entirety of the world's population for the last 1,000 years, and the only solution is to kill everyone so there'll nobody around to suffer
>>728975143>Morally corrupt atheists seethed so hard at this image that they had to edit it.
