Honestly a lot of stores use obnoxiously bright lighting, and it does give some people headaches. Flourascent lighting has become obsolete. It's rare to see buildings still using it. I can understand people having to wear special glasses indoors if they're sensitive to light. You look retarded wearing sunglasses indoors, honestly you'll look retarded wearing any kind of non-normal looking glasses indoors. You could wear those "gamer glasses" with the yellow lenses; you'll still look like a jackass. Do gamer glasses even work? I almost bought a pair, and upon reading the reviews a lot of people said it worked for them. All it does is block blue-light so you don't get headaches as easily or can stare a computer/screen for a longer period of time. They market them to "gamers" but it's no different than buying normal blue-light blocking glasses.
