They've had 12 years since GTA 5 so they should have thought of that while they were milking the same 7th gen game for so many years. It's a 3rd person cover shooter with vehicles, and every NPC and enemy are humans, aside from some wildlife. And every mission is something like "chase this car, have a shootout here, get away from the cops."
