>Nothing coming out for another six weeks at best >It's been over a month since something big released >No releases in December and most of January>Nothing to play>Bored My kingdom for new stuff.
Do people actually think like this? The only new game I played this year was Atomfall
Damn, some niggas drown while others die of thirst.
>>728996730That was very profound, my nigga.
there's at least million older games you have not triedyou can pretty much emulate anything nowadays so stop being such a bitcht. playing mhfu and having a blast
>>728996641IktfbI'm so fucking bored I've resorted to buying shitty h-games to pass the time. The last mainstream game I bought was ARC Raiders. Got about two weeks out of it. Nothing else looks even remotely interesting.
>>728996695Yeah, some people are actual, legitimate retards who can only play newest slop.
We can't all just be fucking happy playing Fortnite and CoD every day for an entire year. I'm convinced that is all people need in their life is fucking Fortnite. As long as they have Fortnite they're satisfied and I find that amazing. How you even have fun playing something like that everyday for over a year is insane to me but look at gachafags. I'd say the same thing about them as well. How you have fun playing gacha games everyday is beyond me.
>>728996820I wish I had half an idea how to emulate shit. I'd like to try the Pokemon Legends games and replay a few old PS2 games, but apart from downloading some program that doesn't seem to actually do anything I have no idea what to do or where to go.
>>728996941I hate to be an asshole about this, but emulating is not hard at all. You should look up some Youtube videos explaining it. It really isn't hard at all, and you'll probably think "Oh, wow. That was actually simple." There are tons of people who have made guides on how to emulate games.
>>728997006Honestly the nicest answer I've gotten so far kek.I'll try looking on YouTube I guess and see if I have any luck, thanks anon.
>>728996941https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Main_Pagelook here for instructionsfor the games themselves you can google "roms megathread"good luck anon
>>728996641Buy Factorio. Lose 5000+ hours of your life.
>>728997076Bookmarked. Thanks anon
>>728996641We are basically in an Indy game golden age and many of them are worth better than AAA slop.I don't actually have the time to play all the game I want to, and I disbelieve you don't have a backlog unless you are some sort of prisoner, forced to only play on consoles or something.
>>728996867But I've played all the old games that I want to play, what do you want me to do? Replay them?
>>729000606>But I've played all the old games that I've seenfixed
>>728998453this comic is so smug and stupid and you are dumb
got nothing to play aside from oomamoosoome
>>729000887There are very few old games that I haven't seen, unless you count shovelware and the millions of indie games that all copy the same few games.Playing for the sake of playing something isn't enough, the game has to offer some new experience or be a very good version of it. Those are few and far between.
>>728996641>>729001463PLAY NWN!There’s countless user made modules and then you can replay them with different characters and classes so you will never run out of content
>>729001784Nta but I just bought this in the Steam sale and am gonna do that soon hopefully.
>>729001456My sweet Doto I shall now display my skills at heart surgery
Did you play Borderlands 4 yet?
>>729001784Playing the same game forever is soul-destroying, just look at all the retards that can only play ARPGs like Diablo 2, or MMOs like WoW. Literal empty husks with brains ruined by doing the same mundane activities their entire lives. If I can't find some new game to be interested in then I'll do something else like reading a book.
>>728996641There are thousands of good, old games you haven't played. If those genuinely don't interest you (why?) there are lots of other things you could be doingI can't imagine needing to consume product to this degreeNot even actually being excited about any particular game, just needing "something big"Have some self respect, dude
>>728996641>weeksNothing came out since 2019 ans nothing is coning out in the near future
>>729000606There's your problem, you're a little faggot who never leaves his comfort zone at all.
>>729002018All those modules are so different in content and material that it isn’t that bad playing the same game that’s the advantage with highly moddable game with plenty of user made content. You don’t even have to make NWN your sole game as isn’t the only one with this advantage. There’s also AOE2, Doom, Duke Nukem, Blood, Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight, Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy, Age of Wonders, the Heroes of Might and Magic games, Half Life 1 and 2, the 3D GTA games, Elder Scrolls games, Fallout games, Warlord Battle Cry games and more. This way you will never run out of games you could play several NWN player made modules then if you’re tired of that play some custom campaigns from AOK heaven, some Doom Megawads or even some Dark Forces 2 single player levels. The possibilities are endless with modable games.
>>729000606>But I've played all the old games that I want to playWhat about all the ones you don't know exist yet?Have you even tried looking for any you don't already know about?
>>729000606You could play PLATO games, Apple-II games, PC-88 games, PC-98 games, FM Town games, PC Engine games, X68000 games, Neo Geo games and much more there is so much out there that can be emulated.
