I usually get ~80mbps, since a few days ago it went down to 30, idk if the servers are overloaded with people downloading shit from the steam sale or what

Steam has been wigging out today. Whenever it's running, it takes up 8% of my CPU. Even when it's just running in the background. I only noticed this because my computer fans were spooled up despite me having nothing but steam open.
