But gaining root access and enabling CFW would massively improve the video game experience. Off the top of my head I can think of enabling overdrive to fix the screen, removing the underclock to increase framerate and of course being able to play pirated games. Unfortunately at this point it does seem like it will require soldering a modchip onto it which is much more inconvenient
