>>728999971You're in for wishing you'd bought Expedition 33 instead.
Fun!
>>728999971kino
>>728999971It'll be fun for about 4 hours, then get progressively more tedious and annoying.
>>728999971Install the intensive base raid mod for extra fun
>>728999971grab every water cooler and bring them to your base. Water management sucks in the first part of your game. Now close this tab and go play blind, don't be retarded.
>>728999971you're in for closing your browser and not spoiling yourself on GotY
>>728999971You may wish to turn down thirst and hunger rates so one of you doesn't get stuck as a base bitch grinding farming and cooking while the rest get to play the actual game
>>728999971With friends it's Sven Co-op with crafting. If your friends get bored, you can easily play alone, at which point it becomes Half-Life with crafting.Easy 10/10
>>728999971Kino of a level you are not ready for, dont read shit, play the game
>>728999971Janet is a piece of shit.DO NOT TRUST HER.
Where the fuck is my coffee

>>728999971You will suddenly lust for penguins
>just got to the hydroplanthow much of the game % is that?9/10 gameminus 1 point for no buildable roof

>>729001634>Nooo don't discuss video games on the video games board!Fuck off retard
One of my favourites from this year. If you're playing with friends (I played with a friend) then it's better if you explore together and at the same pace. The lore and world is really interesting, but the atmosphere gets hit when you're trying to listen to dialogue or read logs while your friend is engaging in random fuckery. Either way go into it blind and have fun with it. If you're planning to do the entire playthrough as a group, then it's a good idea to specialize in different skills. You'll probably all be using the same combat skills eventually, but it's a good idea to have a dedicated cook, botanist, crafter, builder etc. Helps with the character roleplay too, if you're into that stuff.
>>729001589About 70%
>>728999971Best way to enjoy>Only make one keycard>Enter any new portals together>Don't look up anythingIf everyone chooses a different class, let people focus more on their own specialities. Don't purposely try to maximise every stat, it's not necessary.
>>728999971Set some grounds rules, or inevitably someone will ruin the experience for others.>Only progress story and explore new areas as a group>No looking up meta builds or items>Have everyone dedicate time to building up your base
>>729001634The game just got an update and it's on sale. Not unusual to have a thread about it.
Idk I got bored and overwhelmed when playing solo so I quit after like 30 minutes. Wish I had friends that weren’t singleplayer only
Hope its pizza friday
Remember to kiss your wife good night.

>>729003546turn down the features you actually dislike. i really like that about this game, if you want you can enable larger stacksize so you wont have to return to base as often, among other grind like reducing sleep which just doesn't add very much beyond additional pressure (fine on occasion)its a monkeys paw for multiplayer anyways. you probably wont get to explore everything, you probably wont understand whats really happening in either the story or progression because different people accomplish different things. i don't think unique loot persists for all players but i could be wrong, i have just seen some multiplayer videos on youtube and it just seems like a clusterfuck compared to singleplayer
