Bananza allowing you to completely skip over fun parts because you happen to have your Banana sense find it before you find the proper entry is weird. Some of my favorite parts of Bananza were the shrines because you couldn't cheese those on accident in the same way. I think the crux of it is that I'd rather have a more curated experience than a sandbox one. I prefer the older Zeldas to the Switch Zeldas for the same reason.
