No cohab sim has come close to being as good as Lost Life for me. Most of the ones I've tried have shallow, tacked-on life-sim gameplay (usually minigames or time-management shit) which unlocks VN segments filled with quirky, tropey dialogue that reads as if a high schooler wrote it. Doesn't help that they typically have the generic "gacha" artstyle, and the girl likewise has a wacky, maximalist design, much like the OP (she's your sister and she's half-elf and she's the demon lord and...). Touching sim elements, if present, only amount to clicking a button in the sidebar to watch an animation play out.Lost Life in contrast is nothing but pure, grounded, dialogue-free sex with a little girl, and it doesn't try to be anything more than it is.

What stalled development was scheduling conflicts with the artist, so you'd need to find somebody new to redraw roughs and fill in the in-betweens. Truthfully though, I wouldn't want to play a continuation of LL without the artist's distinct style and vision.
