As another already posted, the room doesn’t even have a kitchen, the primary source of food is no joke a vending machine. In addition, while V’s apartment is quite large it is apparent V’s status as a merc is established to some degree, he is not a completely new up-and-comer.

It runs better but that's about it. It still doesn't feel immersive enough at all though. Can't speak for the dlc, I have it but never touched it as on trying to replay the game I found it just isn't changed enough from launch for me to enjoy it again. It still feels jank and unimmersive.
