>>729061615I'd give it a go, I had a lot of fun with it, solo too, I never even touched the multiplayer because me and my friends schedules never line up. Just don't expect it to be horror focused, like at all. It's all of the action, goof and cheese of Resident Evil amplified to a billion and the only horror elements are general visual stuff and themes like gore and zombies and what not.As for how it may tie into Requiem, the obvious part is Leon, it's another chapter in his overall lore and story and honestly I'd recommend it for that alone. But the other part is that Sherry, who plays a key role in RE6, is most likely in Requiem. There's a woman in the trailer for Requiem with short blonde hair talking to Leon who sounds exactly like Sherry's VA in RE6, who also works for the DSO, just like Leon.Also, Ada is in RE6 and she'll most likely be in Requiem because she's in every game Leon is in besides Gaiden, which isn't canon anyway.

I doubt its really worth playing just for RE9.Sherry might be in 9 (not confirmed yet, just speculation based on how the voice in the trailer sounds like Sherry in RE6) but that's likely to be the only connective tissue between 6 and 9 if true.
