Unlike the dog shit drop rates to find new gear in normal souls, gear is either randomly generated in a run or always found in the same places or boss fights. The other is Nine Sols, which is Taiwanese 2D souls like mixed with metroidvania, learn to get good at parries and marvel how space cats could be so morally bankrupt.
