Isaac flash, and then Isaac rebirth which is pretty much a sequel.Rebirth is the one you'd want, it's the modern version that you normally see people playing. However.. rebirth has many DLC that could also be considered another version. Afterbirth, Afterbirth+, Repentance, and Repentance+ Afterbirth is very worth it if you are planning to just get the base game without investing much into DLC (Sunk a good 300 hours into this/base game) then afterbirth+ is the sequel to Afterbirth which expands on it quite a bit but *does* have some balancing issues and valid complaints. Sunk around 800ish hours into this version.Repentance is.. pretty much a sequel, it's by far my favorite DLC of any game ever and it adds too much to even begin covering (also it's better if you keep the content a secret because it's honestly pretty cool) I've sunk around 1,000 hours into this version and highly recommend it, even at the more premium feeling price. Repentance+ is a free DLC that adds online multiplayer and a lot of general balance patches but nothing too crazy, it is still being worked on
