idk I just went offline and ignore calls i don't want now.
but you could also just try to reframe the experience as being interested in something your friends enjoy. maybe try loosening up.

sometimes the third wheel friend is a necessary ingredient. you might bring a vibe that you dont even realize.
I have a friend that I only ever hang out with when our mutual friend is there, and we get along great and have a blast. But if our third friend wasn't there idk it just doesn't work.
