The DS remakes of the sports games were okay, but I found myself not really playing them because the movement/controls felt too awkward to use. I did have fun with River City Girls and figuring out all the mechanics and finding all the stuff, but now that I've found everything there isn't much point in replaying the game.They might be more fun if I had a friend to play the games with, but I'm not sure how easy it is to do local multiplayer on a PC.

You're free to wander around between the different areas as much as you like, you're collecting money to buy stuff in different stores, and they even introduced EXP and leveling up to the game.
