The only reason why Valve won is because most of the other video game companies wrote off PC gaming years ago while Valve filled the gap. The only other major company who didn't abandon PC gaming at the time was Blizzard. Every other fuck either didn't release their game at all or they did a dogshit job porting it over. Steam, Battle.net, and GoG are the only launchers I don't mind using. Everything else is just some dumbfuck who missed the opportunity and think they can do what the cocksucking TV/Movie companies did with, except the elusive backbone of video game consumers decided to show itself in this rare instance and put most of these subpar storefronts in their place.
