>>729152493They repeatedly talk about stuff that happend in 1, so I'm not saying you should play it but if you really want to understand Kane and Lynch's motives in 2 then yes, play 1 first. Both games combined won't take longer than 7 hours to beat it, and it's always on sale on GOG.
