I played CSS about two years ago just for fun, and they literally implemented spray filters for pirate servers. I was banned from using my spray. What I mean is that I could still play on the server, but I couldn't spray anything. It's really weird what times we live in. That game is basically dead, and yet they still developed and implemented such a feature
It's not about monetising it it's prevent you from spamming gay furry porn and swastikas everywhere.
