>Game gets easier with practice
I started not being able to do 5 pushups even with bad form. Now I'm at 22 consecutive per set with good form. Just do it regularly every day.

I was the same anon. Spent most of my twenties working out for 1-2 months and then falling off on repeat. I got to 30 and started noticing heart murmurs, went to doctor who basically told me to work out or If die of a heart attack at 40. This put the fear of god in me and made me go consistent for 6 months, just with core exercises like pushups, crunches, and a lot of walking.

What made start to actually like working out was when I started to notice an actual increase to my energy levels and strength, but I didn't really notice that before around the 6-7 month mark. Now I've gone consistent mon-fri for around a year and a half and feel fitter than I did in my early twenties.

Push through the suck and you will become unstoppable.
