>Game has a sudden difficulty spike after 10 matches
>>729155685>Game gets easier with practiceI started not being able to do 5 pushups even with bad form. Now I'm at 22 consecutive per set with good form. Just do it regularly every day.
>>729155685>tfw skinnyfat manlet>if i just went to the gym i would be shredded>every time i go to the gym im consistent for a few months before giving up because its not something i actually enjoy just do it to improve myselfi could be so much better but i choose to be a loser . many such cases
could do 30 after training them for a month
>>729156143>i could be so much better but i choose to be a loser . This mentality holds you back. be kinder to yourself fren
I could do 80 but I became lazy so now it's 30 at best
>>729156143I was the same anon. Spent most of my twenties working out for 1-2 months and then falling off on repeat. I got to 30 and started noticing heart murmurs, went to doctor who basically told me to work out or If die of a heart attack at 40. This put the fear of god in me and made me go consistent for 6 months, just with core exercises like pushups, crunches, and a lot of walking. What made start to actually like working out was when I started to notice an actual increase to my energy levels and strength, but I didn't really notice that before around the 6-7 month mark. Now I've gone consistent mon-fri for around a year and a half and feel fitter than I did in my early twenties.Push through the suck and you will become unstoppable.
