>>729162014I don't blame them. Gamers aren't leaving Discord anytime soon. Supporting Discord as a protocol would be an unmaintanable nightmare and a lawsuit risk. You can get an entire business on board much easier AND get paid more.

Back then every single communicator was running some sort of modifier XMPP server which made it extremely easy to support multiple vendors.
