They will never refuse orders, don't have any sort of mood stat and only need to eat, and will not react to their friends getting eaten alive. It makes sense in Rimworld to have slaves because that means you don't have to treat them well, but not in Kenshi. The only missing slavery aspect of forcing someone to join is already covered by the Recruit Prisoners mod. Also, it's funny how in-game slavers are often retarded and will go before me to the camp while I'm unconscious, meaning I can just run off easily without them noticing.

Go to the mines (the black cartridge just outside the dungeon entrance takes you there) and go through the locked door at the west side in the first area of the mines. Continue through the mines but if you go into an area with slaves then turn back as that isn't the right place. At the end of the section there should be a stone monument and then a huge lake of lava. Go through it and then you should reach a stone building at the other side with a hard boss waiting at the other end. Take the teleporter back to the first layer if you need to before fighting the boss. The ring opens the door behind the boss.
