Got these three games. Having fun with all of them. Turbo Overkill might be the weakest for me, but it's still really fun. It's just that it leans a bit too hard on the "we're turning things up to eleven" gimmick, and for some reason the guns don't really feel the best. Still, having a lot of fun with it. Metal Eden is really pretty, but is sort of just Nu-Doom. Beyond Citadel is super fun, but I don't like ryona/guro. Still, don't regret any of my purchases, especially at the prices I got them for.
I guess I'm only going to buy some short games as palette cleansers after finishing more lengthy ones.

>>729217437Trine games are fun. 1 is a bit dated, 2 is good but locked half of itself behind DLC which was really fucking annoying at the time. 3 is a failed experiment into 3D, plays like shit. 4 gets a little overcomplicated and is really slanted towards co-op, and 5 goes further in that direction but is still decent. All of them have physics jank and some rote but pleasant humor. $25 for the lot of them will probably get you 50 hours of gameplay if you end up liking them.
