>>729170995No.Every time I install something on EGS (it's only Fortnite) I have a bunch of problems. The entire launcher simply functions poorly in comparison to Steam and even other launchers. It is slow, occasionally crashes, and once I got a blue screen while attempting to install Fortnite. Not to mention that it spams you with annoying ads if you forget to close it after playing something. The only good thing about it is that you can log in via Steam and don't need to create a separate account on EGS.

>>729173087I use the EGS almost entirely for fortnite (shoot me) and its genuinely the worst fucking experience I've ever had with PC gaming, navigating shit like ubiplay or origin was less of a pain in the ass. the other day it updated and gave users wildly different update sizes, ranging from 30 to fuckng 90 gb. for me it didn't detect enough space on my C drive its been installed to for nearly a year and has at least double the space required, oh well, had to move it to D. of course the EGS doesn't let you just change install folders so this meant uninstalling it and reinstalling it. now its having an issue where the process doesn't actually fucking end if you exit normally and task manager isn't able to kill it.awful fucking platform, I have never had any of the kind of baffling technical issues with a platform like this when I use steam or gog. if slopnite was on steam I don't think a fucking soul would use the egs at all
