Otherwise not much else to touch. Most of the other driver settings are gimmicks that might fuck things up instead of improve them. Also setting up a custom fan curve is a good thing depending on your use case and tolerance for noise. This depends on the particular GPU you buy of course, different coolers, different settings. The 9070xt is top for gaming only, if you want more VRAM for AI and 4K gaming go for the 7900xtx.
