ITT: Rare instances where remastered edition is actually kino
Halo 2 original is ok, though it certainly feels like the campaign is put together by duct tape and the ambition of the story was held back by OG Xbox tech and rushed development, though it's still an admiring effort from Bungie.
Anniversary steps it up to another level and actually makes the game feel like peak halo.

Better visual direction than CE Anniversary, I'll give you that. Solid remastered OST. But Blur Studios cutscenes look like shit desu. Also humans are Forerunners.
