I just finished Zero escape's VLR, what am i in for here?
>>
stupid story, doesn't feel satisfying to finish.

It's a bad game and bad sequel, you should probably skip it, otherwise set your expectations very low.

So bad it's good, which would have been fine if it was its own thing, but since it's essentially the second half of VLR it retroactively ruins it. You'll wish you just played 999 and stopped there.

I liked it better than VLR personally, but not as much as 999. When you're done, play AI: The Somnium Files, it's super cheap on Steam right now.

Very bad ending because it's an asspull instead of a satisfying mystery conclusion, but if you liked VLR you will probably like a lot of the individual rooms and puzzles and scenes and characters. Just go in knowing the ending won't satisfy you so that you can instead enjoy the parts that are good on their own.
