>still no God Game as good as Black & White

How can this be rectified?

The Tiger was a literal psychopath. All he ever did was torture villagers to death by throwing them at rocks or eating them. I wouldn't even care but the orange stripey retard needed me to show him how to drink water because he couldn't figure it out himself.

Next time I'm picking the donkey.

I know it doesn't feel good anon but you need to smack the creature around to stop it from doing that shit.
Even the cow will become a psycho if you don't. It happened when Jerma played this, he refused to discipline his cow and it kept destroyhing the village

The answer is to just keep playing more Black & White

No grifter delivering on 5% of his promises

How do you get them to drink on their own? I always have to lead them to water and hope they drink.

I've longed for a game that's basically just Black & White where you play as a customizable god/goddess ruling over a civilization that you have a bunch of control over culturally, societally and magical.
>>
We don't live in an age where games are designed trying to be good and entertaining. If a new Black & White came out it would have microtransactions and a battlepass and be made by the lowest bidder in a smallest budget.

There isn't any hope. For anything.

I feel shame that at first I thought this was a picture of Homeland, not Peter Molyneux

I fucking hate nostalgiafags who pretend these complete disappointments were somehow revolutionary. The game lacked almost everything that was promised.

People who actually played games instead of reading about them in magazines liked it.

>crowdfunds his "god" game
>it's literal mobile garbage with 24 hour real world timers on construction

they will not die of thirst, just leave them. they'll figure it out

>fails to name a better god game, or even one as good
curious

You pet them when they do things you like and you smack them when they do things you don't.

If you want to encourage behavior, use an appropriate leash.

His 5% delivery then is 105% more than devs today.

>he didn't change the game files to swap the starter three for any in the entire game
>Not starting with Turtle
Chimp probably was the best original starter in both games but Cow is cool, I guess. Anything beats the dumb fuck wolf / tiger.

the file swap only changes their models and sounds, not their AI

by bringing Peter Molyneux back in from the (self) exiled cold of awful indie phoneslop and scam level pie in the sky ideas that his ADHD got locked onto, to just make his old games but better with a well-measured budget, project leader/publisher supervision to keep him onrails, and a clear development strategy unmarred by any acts of god or retarded overinvestment strategies

>>729187446
the problem is his complete disappointments still WERE revolutionary and every time inspired feelings of 'but holy shit, the next one will be kino! imagine!' because his ideas were great, but they bit off more than they could chew literally every time, tried to make too many projects and expanded to too many satellite companies at once, and when deadlines or technical impossibility or hard drive failure got in the way they had to reel way back from their scope creep to somewhere simpler than they'd have gotten if they didn't scope creep to begin with

Peter Molyneux is on the case! I'm actually really excited for Master of Albion.

i learned about this game from morgan webman and adam sasler like 30 years ago btw
