I'll never understand people freaking out because the price of a few components doubled.If gaming is such an important hobby for you, you'll pay however much is needed to engage with the hobby.Gaming is not the cheapest hobby out there, but it's not even close to being among the most expensive either. It actually has a good case for being one of the cheapest hobbies because although the barrier of entry is steep, once you pay it you're good to go for thousands and thousands of hours.

I literally upgraded mine just in timewhen I start seeing RAM threads on /v/ I rush to local hardware stores and ask for a pair of RAMsdude literally have to look up the stock and had order from one of the store that still have oneI got the very last 6400hz pairs they had and it had to be shipped my local store and it took 2 weeks bought everything else on credit but oh wellI mean my old 5600x and 3070 still work but I want shiny new things

I need nothing more to enjoy pre slop era games (which mostly means 6th gen and older but with some exceptions) as well as doing game dev, music prod and video editing.
