I started gettting into other gundam stuff with how much I was enjoying it. the only hero shooter that really appealed to me. when they took it offline I dropped the original series halfway through and haven't touched anything gundam related since.
It really felt like Bamco purposely killed it

>>729241449Persistent connection issues. F2P players would never ever get all the suits and some were really strong so it felt p2w. Game was less forgiving than other games if you had a skill issue. The nature of the game being faster and aggressive led to stomps and people abandoning games which made the above issues much worse. Battle passes sucked ass to grind.

There were hardly any incentives to play matches past your daily quests and none of the paid skins were worth buying (and the best skin, Char's Zaku, could not be bought directly and would cost roughly $400 to buy indirectly).I really liked that its subtle differences from other 'hero' shooters. Classes weren't as rigid as something like Overwatch, even Methuss and Unicorn had to do damage. The ability for all units to revive also was a deterrent to trading kills, because your trade was worthless if the other team gets the revive and yours doesn't
